The intervention is spread over three floors plus a terrace inside an iconic building by Dante Benini. Responding to the Group’s design philosophy that sees working spaces increasingly resembling living places and environments capable of facilitating new ways of working and collaborating, promoting people’s health and well-being in line with the requirements of the WELL protocol.

The spaces are all specifically designed, such as the Bistrot and Beauty Corner, dedicated to the company’s core businesses and the Experience Center, an immersive digital space that brings customers into the IMCD world. Offices, meeting room, coffee area and lactation room meet the criteria of physical and mental well-being required by the client. Finally, the fifth floor opens onto a terrace and houses the brainstorming and leisure area, with a free reference library and break area accessible to all.
