Alessia Farina is CFO of Progetto Cmr International with responsibility for the areas of administration, finance, management control and tax.
More than 25 years of experience in administrative management and auditing in international contexts, of listed companies in the real estate and investment sectors. Alessia Farina has a consolidated professional experience as Administrative Director in highly complex companies.
Born in 1974, Alessia Farina graduated in economics and business law at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi and was enrolled in the Register of Auditors until 2023. She served as Administrative Director for a real estate investment company listed on the main market (Mta) managed by Borsa Italiana

Head of Business Coordination, he operationally and strategically coordinates the different realities within the Group. Born in 1987, he graduated in Construction-Architecture Engineering from the University of Pavia and has been a member of the Order of Civil-Environmental Engineers since 2012. He has gained experience in national and international contexts in project design and coordination. In his current role, he is in charge of the strategic planning and organisation of the various corporate programmes and activities involving different specialisations within the Group. Together with the Research and Development (R&D) department and company stakeholders, he evaluates market opportunities, feedback and international best practices. It also focuses on identifying opportunities for the improvement and optimisation of business processes.

Graduated in Business Economics from the Bocconi University of Milan, she has gained multiple experiences in business consulting, development of marketing, communication and promotion projects both at national level and in relation to different international markets. Over the years, she has acquired experience in multiple fields in both the public and private sectors, experience that allows her to decline strategies and languages according to contexts and different stakeholders. Always passionate about research, she also supports the Research and Development (R&D) department in the strategy and dissemination plan of the innovation process is carried out on an ongoing basis. She is an expert in management training.

Passionate about technology, as Chief Information Officer (CIO) he is responsible for managing and supervising the information technology (IT) strategy, infrastructure and operations of the entire Group. A task that he performs in full autonomy on the Microsoft network, managing the client and server machines, both physical and virtual (Citrix & VMware), of all the companies that are part of the Holding. What has been achieved today makes it possible to work from any device and from any (remote) location, exploiting the potential and software provided by the servers of Progetto CMR International, offering maximum security, in terms of data protection and innovative content developed within the Group. The result obtained, first in Europe, was rewarded with a case study in Citrix that confirmed the competence and development strategy set as efficient and cutting-edge.
