Real Estate Ski Cup – Camardella Trophy
La Thuile, Saturday, March 22. Third edition of the ski competition for charity
On Saturday, March 22, 2025, the third edition of the Real Estate Ski Cup – Edoardo Camardella Trophy will take place in La Thuile, Valle D'Aosta. This ski race is organized by Progetto CMR International in memory of Edoardo Camardella, a young ski instructor tragically swept away by an avalanche on November 30, 2019, on Mont Blanc.
The trophy is open to skiers of all ages who want to participate in a charity competition. It is an opportunity for the real estate world to come together, not only driven by a competitive spirit but also by a love for the mountains and the desire to support an initiative that benefits the community.
The proceeds from the Real Estate Ski Cup will go towards covering the maintenance costs of the Bivacco Edoardo Camardella, built by family and friends in memory of the young ski instructor who passed away too soon. Designed by Architect Massimo Roj with Progetto CMR, Faces, and Ariatta, the shelter, the first of La Thuile, was inaugurated in 2023 on the Ruitor Glacier. It offers shelter to skiers and mountaineers, with a unique view of Mont Blanc.
On Saturday, March 22, starting at 8:00 AM, race bibs can be collected at the Funivie parking lot. The race will begin at 10:00 AM on the Chaz Dura track (number 9), and the awards ceremony will take place at 4:30 PM at the Funivie parking lot. There are eight categories, divided by gender: Superbaby (born 2017/2018); Baby (born 2015/2016); Cuccioli (born 2013/2014); Ragazzi (born 2011/2012); Allievi (born 2010/2011); Giovani (born 2004/2009); Senior under 50; Master over 50.
