Progetto CMR International, the holding company of the Progetto CMR Group, has secured the top position in the Guamari rankings “The Top 10 Italian Architecture Firms at Home” and “The Top 200 Architecture (and Design) Firms” for 2024. With consolidated revenues of €45 million and a profit of €2.4 million in 2023, the company continues to maintain the number-one spot it has held since 2021.
This achievement reflects the Group’s ongoing growth since its founding 30 years ago, focusing on integrated design that combines Architecture, Engineering, and Design.
In addition to Progetto CMR’s established architecture-focused operations and subsidiaries such as Sportium, DontStop, and Progetto Design & Build, 2024 saw the launch of In Fire S.r.l., specialising in fire prevention and Fire Safety Engineering. This was followed by the acquisition of Energy Save, an energy efficiency firm for residential, commercial, and tertiary buildings, and the integration of STAIN Engineering, a longstanding leader in system design engineering.
The Group’s international footprint also expanded with a strategic agreement with Saudi Investment Company, a real estate development firm in Saudi Arabia. This partnership led to the creation of an integrated design company based in Riyadh, furthering Progetto CMR International’s global reach.
These developments align with Progetto CMR International’s broader strategic growth plan, which aims to enhance its specialised service offerings and boost productivity for both the Group and external clients. With over 300 professionals from more than 20 nationalities working in offices located in Milan, Rome, Cesano Maderno, Trento, Athens, Beijing, Hanoi, Istanbul, and Jakarta, the company presents itself as a cohesive entity with vertically integrated, complementary expertise. This structure enables the Group to oversee every phase of a real estate project comprehensively.
