Among the speakers is Architect Andrea Dallavalle, Chief Operations Officer of Progetto CMR, Gruppo Progetto CMR International, who will contribute to the panel on "Integrated Architectural and Engineering Design." The 11th Report on the Real Estate Services Supply Chain in Europe and Italy will also be presented during the event.
The Evolving Supply Chain: Challenges of the Future
Several key themes will drive the evolution of real estate service activities: on one hand, services dedicated to people (whether tenants or occupants) and the careful management of social aspects; on the other, the application of artificial intelligence, extending to augmented and virtual reality. Furthermore, the necessity of quantifying value creation remains essential.
The Real Estate Services Working Group was established as an experimental platform for this complex and constantly evolving sector. Its goal is to introduce a wide audience to the reality and expertise of the main companies operating in the real estate services world.
